We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Public Content: Reviews, ratings, and the display name on your listings that you choose to make public
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Service Providers (Sub-processors)

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the platform. Data is shared with them only to the extent needed to deliver the service:

• Cloudflare, Inc. – content delivery, DNS, and secure tunnelling of traffic to our servers. Processes connection metadata such as your IP address.
• Microsoft (Office 365 / Outlook SMTP) – delivery of transactional emails (account confirmation and password reset). Receives your email address.
• OpenStreetMap Foundation (Nominatim) – geocoding the addresses you enter for listings into map coordinates. Receives the address text you submit, not your identity.
• Matomo – privacy-focused, self-hosted usage analytics, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Regular security assessments and updates
• Access controls and authentication measures
• Secure data storage and backup procedures

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access & Portability: Download a machine-readable (JSON) copy of your account data, ratings, listings, and edit suggestions at any time from the Privacy & Your Data section of your profile page
• Deletion: Permanently delete your account and associated personal data yourself from the same Privacy & Your Data section
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Objection: Object to certain types of data processing
