The Store

The Store is a relative new coffeeshop, the location already was a coffeeshop earlier. It was called The Doors but was closed for unknown reasons and The Store opened it’s doors.

This nice little gem is located a few minutes walk away from Amsterdam Centraal. Due to it’s location, it is the ideal start for a walk along the Haarlemmerstraat.

You can have a seat right at the Singel and watch the busy street and the nice canal. The area around The Store has a busy night and day life. It is hard to find a quiet day on Haarlemmerstraat hence it’s a great place for travelers to meet other like minded people. Just take a seat, order your coffee and enjoy your time. You will almost always find someone to talk to.

The menu and the service at The Store are very forthcoming. Make sure to bring some time, depending on the day and time, The Store can get very busy. On the other hand it’s possible that you’re almost alone. Having a lively street around the corner, makes this coffeeshop the perfect start for your walk towards Westerpark.
